Dave, I hope you have suggested to the Mongolian officials who are deciding this issue that they monitor the investment threads , particularly this one, so they can see first hand the reactions to their actions or inaction. Foreign investment abhors a vacuum of legal protection or fair play. There are many alternatives available to the investor who wants to avoid political risks. Regards, Pete
