Techlad, it is tough to tell at this point since we haven't kept up with insider sales lately, but it is nothing less than 30% (15MMx3=45MM) / (50MMx3=150MM) off the top of my head. YHOO lists float at 62MM / 158MM = 39% which seems about right to me. So this free float problem is fast disappearing. Regards, Ice
