Since we ELECT people to look into these things, it's always been kinda stupid to let them farm out their duties, especially when they expect the "commissioners" to work for free. Let the Bush administration make decisions on how the executive branch performs-and where to reform it. That's the kind of thing the actually-LIVING America elected him, overwhelmingly, to do.
