Zazzle, I think your number is in the ballpark......I think the stock was around the $12 ro $13 range. I believe the number of shares he got was based on the price of the stock on the day of acquisition. Continuing on the buyout potential.....I think both Greg and Dobson will want some sort of key role's in the new organization if they were to get bought out.....I think that would be highly unlikely if AMAT was to buy them. It would be easier for them to retain some control if they were were bought out by LRCX.... Also, remember LRCX uses the same wafer handling systems as TRKN ....Brooks. Also, TRKN apparently already has a Plasma source for 300mm....as far as I know LRCX does not.....and AMAT has just finished working out the kinks out of their 300mm source.....However, it's still uncertian if AMAT's source is capable of 300mm below .25u, especially oxide....they can't even do .25u 200mm. Deep down....I hope it's not a complete buyout but more of a partnership deal where both companies can benefit from each others strength. Hell a buyout for $20 would be ok too....but highly unlikely. dave
