Market analyst have the biggest control over this factor. It's what they say that reflects how investors trade. Just yesterday on CNN they were mentioning the strength of Nasdaq. We're talking about the big "cheeses" here. Corporation continue to invest billions of dollars into high tech companies thus creating a buying frenzy that won't let up.
It's true anything could happen. But I firmly believe the trend will remain towards buying. At least until March 2000.
