Deutsche Morgan is a good house, however, the street has no confidence in this management team nor its Board of Directors.

In addition to everything else, this company now has no CFO hence no 'street' relations, no intuitive marketing genius(Proctor Gamble, brand management background)/strategic visionary/tactician/strategist, entrenched weak, and missing key management and Board.

Superior product and extremely poor management. If there is no continued restructuring the only way shareholder value will be created will be to put Softquad in play.

This is a management and Board whom have forgotten they report to the shareholders. They are about to be reminded. It is simply amazing that Yorkton, Punk, Volpe et al allowed this to occur and have not demanded obvious restructuring. They are also each individually and severally equally and legally responsible to all Softquad shareholders for this alleged gross negligence.
