FWIW -- I am a casual reader of this thread and have a very small position in IFLY. I wasn't able to find the S1s on freeedgar the other day when I was doing my DD, but I did check-out the short interest in the stock. The short interest as of 12/98 is 410.6K shares, which is a ratio of 2.37. viwes.com I'm pretty sure the short interest increased in the last week when the share price jumped to $12+ (just a personal heuristic-based opinion). With the small float in this security, I am glad I am long in my very small way given the short interest and the potential explosion this stock could have Monday. Disregarding the loyal long term investors for the moment, the day traders I am sure will be playing IFLY like a banjo for a couple days which, with this short interest ratio, I am sure will trigger many calls.
