Dear Ralf: I of course cannot be sure, but IMHO MSFT's official ARROGANCE against a sitting, respected Judge and 17 States Attorneys Generals AND the Dept. of Justice is not going to aid their position with whichever appeals courts end up with this. I, this time, agree with the Register, its RECKLESS. JDN
