That might be a much more difficult case for the Gore storm troopers to fight than they have had in the past few weeks. Each time they got their decision from the FLA SC, it was couched in terms indicating that they were still reluctant to seize this power from the other branch of government. Unbridled defiance would be telling them "Put up or shut up.". I think, faced with that, they would choose the latter.
