Did you guys all read the CNN article on the $1 Trillion China budget surplus? Wow! The US needs to wake up. We have about a $500-700 billion (on the higher end if you include special war spending requests) budget DEFICIT every year! We're going deeper and deeper into debt, while our biggest worldwide competitor is racking up unbelievable surpluses. We need to get our act together quickly: * balanced budget ammendment * end the Iraq war and bring our troops home * get off the oil, so we don't send so many dollars overseas to other countries * balance out the China currency imbalances with steep tariffs on Chinese goods * etc. WAKE UP AMERICA!
