Nancy, reinstall Netscape.. after saving your bookmarks to a safe place. But before doing that, try doing a ctrl-alt-delete to "End" the program. Also before you do that, while win95 is loading, in between the first 95 screen and the second__ hold down your shift key so that no accessory programs load into memory.
