I have known of Jim B. for some time now and found myself in many
of the stocks he has been in by chance. Reading his posts and that
of Top Dog, I find that he and his company offer up some good rationale to own these stocks as well as many disclaimers basically
addressing the risks and telling people to back up what you invest
in with your own DD. What more could you ask from an investor who
brings to our attention many undervalued penny stocks?

Jim, as well as any investor, has the right to be in and out of as
many BB stocks as he wants. The difference here, is his honesty in
telling investors. Some people (followers..not leaders) base their
decisions to invest on others recommendations alone. These are the
people who are most effected when a guy like Jim says he is out
of a stock for whatever reasons.

Unfortunately, people like Jim and others who have companies that
reccommend stocks are constantly accused of hyping or pump and
dumping. You can't win. I support Jim and Top Dog as they seem
to pick many good stocks. If Jim and Top Dog decided to take
PKGP out of their newsletter that doesn't mean anything has
significantly changed here. It is there/his opinion but not
neccessarily the word of GOD or reason for anyone here to sell.
