Hi Jeff, I had taken a bit of money off the VTSS table at $55/share, so it felt good to replace those shares at $41+. About a 25% discount to what I'd just sold them recently.

My VTSS account is currently 59% invested, 41% Cash Reserve, so there's adequate insurance should the price fall further. In my case, the decision is to "ADD" to my position or "REDUCE" the size of the holding. Well, below the 26 week Moving Average, it brought VTSS back to the ADD side. I'll again reduce my holding should the price go back above $55, but the reduction will only be about 5%.

Of course my time perspective is longer than most. I expect to still have at least as much value in VTSS 5 years from now as my in current account. Can't look far enough down the time-line to know about 10 years from now, but I'd bet that I'll still be holding then as well.

Best regards, Tom
