Hi Kip, My apology for not being clear. The 75% was in reference to the management of the entire portfolio of investments. We distribute 75% of the total portfolio income (dividends and interest), of which the SCHD dividends are a part, and reinvest the remaining 25%. Again, my apology. Regards, Mike
