Plame says she was covert. Her boss says she was covert.

Plame said he boss said she was covert, after earlier saying she didn't know if she was covert.

I'm not saying she wasn't. Its fairly likely she officially was even if she wasn't actively operating in a covert manor at the time the issue came up, my only point is that its not clear that she was.

Apparently the law doesn't require that she actively be covert at the time, it seems if she had been covert within 5 years, then you can't reveal that fact.
