unfortunately no. states just finished suing the new relaxed epa rules. judge said, relaxed rules must go, states win. no doubt now, that judge will be accused of messing around with the law. total break down here. hey, we could be the next china when everything flows the other way. wow!!! got at least 20 years to wait?
