My additional info is limited.

1. Company is strategically realigned from previous (1996 and earlier) operations. Focusing more on municipal collection now. One blood sucking segment was sold in late 1996.

2. Management is related to BFI; Fatjo was its founder.

3. Significant new money came into company from private placement (now registered in July).

4. Many new middle management employees from the Sanifill acquisition -- I see this as a major cultural change.

Generally, my belief is this Company is trading at the bottom of its range and we will be significantly higher in coming years. My hope is that mgmt will position the Company for take-over within five years. I consider this a LONG-TERM hold. I will still be accumulating the stock.

On a somewhat negative side, the Company (i) has lots of debt; (2) an erratic earnings history; and (3) a poor historical stock chart. Focus needs to be on significantly increasing revenues and putting some positive amounts on the bottom line.

I am currently trying to formulate estimates for EPS.

Good luck,

Kevin

P.S. I too see a lot of their trucks and dumpsters around Houston. I enjoy following the successes of local companies!
