Lalit.I used to own Den PR B about 5 or 6 years ago;the company never did retract the stock and it was subsequently converted to common at 1-25 if my memory serves me right.They got into allot of problems in the eighties with Quintette Coal,Potash and the're Greek Oil fields.There is very little left of the former!At a recent money conference Dunnery Best was asked about Dennison, he basically wrote it off as a> penny stock and mentioned that Bill James had left and was on to other things.I sold my common shares a year ago at $0.36.I wish all of you the very best and hope you have more luck then I did.
