Sergio, It doesn't sound like good news too me. Why, after a million dollar loan and plans to buy Avalon, do they cancell the loan and back out of the acquisition. With Neild and Ross on the board of directors, it s possible they are pulling back to put their energies and money into the shell company ITCO that they are trying to build up based on the Far and Safe Cellphone and internal antenna technology. We need to re-assess why we bought in the first place.
