george, Bill assured me that they will not rollback the stock unless they have built a solid floor under it. any rollback will occur with a pending nasdaq listing. in my opinion, this means a $3 stock or .30 on a rollback. the important thing to remember here is this: on a 10:1 rollback there will be only 7mm shs at.50cents., any news at all would send the stock skyrocketing. you have to look at the market cap on this, at only 5mm or so and the nsr on clifton will make ACMG a true winner in 1997. call bill at 801-756-1414 and mention these concerns to him. he will give you his plan for the future. I think after your conversation with him, you too will become a shareholder of aCMG and CFB. regards clif
