The rules of Haiku (five syllables)
are relatively simple. (seven syllables)
Each poem stands alone. (five syllables)

A total of seventeen syllables divided 5,7,5 in three lines. The three lines together give a statement, story or feeling to the reader that strives to be complete.

So,Give it a shot!
There is nothing much to lose
and so much to gain.
