Don, no diff. between the 2 besides the voting. My contact said the B shares always are lower, for some reason. I sold a while back and used the $ to trade FNTN, and have done VERY well. Hold a major long position, and do have a trading position (although not that large. Have great faith that FNTN will be a major medium term hold). By the way, big news coming from FONR in the next week or two. Have taken a solid position there. Will wait until AG hits another pot hole and then take another stab at it. IMHO it will reach major resistance in the low 40's and then languish until the spin off in the next 1 to 2 years. Need another glass of wine and then off to bed. See you in the AM. Best, Tomato Man
