hi marcos,,,I think it would be better if there was a tradeable market in U as in other commodities,,,not to say that they are not manipulated as well , but with so few big companies involved ,,it reminds me of De Boers....I guess the thing about that oft mentioned , seldom seen "spike" is ,,,where is it??, and how do they all seem to know that it's going to happen,, and it has always come to me as if I'm privvy to some sort of inside knowledge,,which always makes me suspect...<ggg>
