I not even going to guess who is going to win the court case. I don't want to start another KRY thread. If they win it is very good for this stock. If they lose, they still have more than enough money and assets to start else where.

One of the things I liked most about this stock when researching it was the large holding of Friedland. I find it hard to believe he will let a company that he owns 40% of go under.

I talked to the Barry Harrison (the ex-president) a couple of day's before it dropped to .12. I wanted to know why he was leaving the company. He told me he resign because at 55 (age) he didn't want to spend 3 months out of the year in Russia. Can't blame him for that.
