Hal ANderson US WEST (you know the M&A shopping spree of internet and multi-media streaming media companies lately) leads the technical new auto-buying internet processes, Michael Kranitz, founder LeaseSource.com and CarWizard.com, (which even Navidec NVDC's competitiors use on their websites, as do banks etc) will be president, and Ralph Armijo Navidec's CEO will be Chairman of the Board of the wholly owned spin off.
The Net Solutions Group of Navidec NVDC navidec.com is one of five JAVA developers, which all these E-Cars and E-Commerce and other internet websites like Verio need and use, certified by SunMicrosystems, SUNW
Its a buy I predict to $25 IMHO, then sell half; but its a STRONG BUY and accumulate until then (If you can get your orders filled).
Today NVDC was UP ^+1, while competitors ABTL autobytel.com and AWEB were down.
(I own them all, but NVDC is now in play, Delphi is a short term sell)
