I think the Book Value is about $0.30 but there is no relevance. AMZN has a BV of $1.14 COOL has a BV of $2.92 EBAY has a BV of $2.04 does it mean anything "NO". ITEC has an e commerce company that gives them an Internet play. If you told me three years ago a company like ebay would be worth over a billion I would have laughed in your face but they are. Internet stocks have no rhyme or reason but they trade at huge multiples. If they do $15 million with their E Commerce company they could trade with a $150 million market cap. Add the $30+ million their core business does and at 1x sales you have another $30 million in market cap. That gives you $180 million in market cap with 13 million out that gives you a 13 13/16 price per share. Sounds to good to be true but look at all the other companies you never heard of until they came public or went Internet.
