wily, I read the technical sections at the magram web site. Here are my comments.

(1) There was a very good discussion of the importance of fast, non-volatile memories. No doubt whatsoever that such memories will have huge markets and make history.

(2) There were no specific descriptions or diagrams whatsoever of how the magram memory cells work or how they are fabricated. Since this is what I wanted and expected, I was disappointed with the web site.

They might, of course, have good reasons for not giving information about the memory cells; but FWIW I find the complete lack of such information strange.
