After all that, I missed the first few minutes. What was the recommended solution? Breaking up the vaccines? measles, mumps, rubella vaccines and receiving them in different sessions?

What is Merck and the AAP afraid of? That parents won't return? Do these patronizing groups think parents are so averse to being 'inconvenienced" that they would rather risk their children's health then return to the pediatrican's office a few more times? I can't imagine parents taking these risks, IF they were informed.

Besides, children would not be allowed to start school, if they didn't get the appropriate vaccines. The timetable of vaccination should not matter to schools or parents, if they are still as effective.

They showed parts of a congressional hearing on vaccine safety held this past summer. We all know why vaccines are important and these parents aren't trying to do away with them. Maybe they are giving too many vaccines in too short a time, as Dan Burton, a House Rep said. He believes his grandchild became autistic from vaccines and he said he will not rest until something is done.
