From the Inside. The following is provided to keep you informed about several issues related to our company: 1. Today, July 7, 2000 is the announced deadline for the closing of the sale of our show, BingoTelevision. Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. and the potential buyer of the show have met extensively over the last few weeks and have decided to extend the deadline for completion of the sale. These negotiations have progressed to the point that Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. and the buyer are considering a form of partnership in the show. Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. is fully aware that these negotiations can dramatically effect the value of the company and the equity of the shareholders and is therefore proceeding with the utmost caution and care. When these negotiations will be brought to a conclusion, we will let you know immediately. 2. Triangle Multi-Media Limited, Inc. has hired a consultant who will start Monday, July 11, 2000 to assist us in filing a form 10 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
