Ron,

I ate up another 800 shares of VECO on their dip to 14 3/4 today. I still like that company. TNCR I continue to watch with curiousity. IDTI is more speculative in my opinion but I think it is one of those stories that you keep buying more and gulping more maalox and when the next SRAM rebound hits...watch it blast off. Their historical price range has been 1-4x book & they are currently ~1.5x. The main thing I like about them is that unlike MU, they did get their second fab up. If their second fab production ramps up in sync with improving market conditions, well, that could be worth a couple bucks. Also, they are actually quite well diversified beyond just SRAMs. They have survived down cycles before. Its the weaker ones that don't survive the shake outs. (Like PRDM perhaps - a scarier holding of mine. I give PRDM the award for the most dead cat bounces in a 12 month period. Yet for some reason, I can't seem to get myself to sell it either). My biggest holding has become SFAM. VECO is my second biggest. Don't ask me though. I just watched 25% of my stock worth dissolve in 2 weeks - just a paper loss though, right (more maalox). See ya.
