Eric, I was a bit puzzled by the same thing. As far as management changes go, companies are free to do that irrespective of the shareholders. If that were not the case, just think of the machinations a company would have to go every time there were a personnel change in senior management. They may be referring in some veiled sense to a de facto change in the board of directors, not so much to Mr. Arkoosh's involvement as operating officer. Not sure...
