Oh Sh*t:

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Point Given, known for his frisky behavior, reared up four times Saturday morning after his final pre-Kentucky Derby workout, giving trainer Bob Baffert a scare.

"It was very, very hairy," Baffert said.

The colt and exercise rider Pepe Aragon were headed back to the barn after a light gallop about 6:30 a.m. EDT.

When Point Given reared up, Aragon wrapped his arms around the horse's neck in an effort to control him, but the rider ended up on the ground.

"He rolled off his back like a drop of water," Baffert said.

About 12 hours later, the colt was to run in the Derby.

"He just does that playing around with a rider on his back," the white-haired trainer said. "He does that in the mornings to kill me. I'll wake up tomorrow with one white eyebrow."

Last month, Point Given reared up, dumped his rider and ran loose on the track at Santa Anita.
