I still hold the stock, but I am quite disappointed by the way the company treats its shareholders when it comes to information. By doing this, they are shooting themselves in the foot as nobody wants to invest in an opaque (and that's putting it nicely) outfit that is not honest with its public owners.

Regarding KHD, I will give more details on that in a few weeks. I'll wait until after the AGM, as we have been promised a few things (dividend policy, information on share-buyback, more transparency regarding cash holdings in subsidiaries, segment reporting projects/services) and I'd like to see what they are going to announce.
If you have some specific questions for the management, I'll try to relay that.

regarding MFC, there is currently the issue of floods.
Kasese in Uganda has been hit by heavy floods, and as you know we have 2 hydro plants on the river there, as well as the Cobalt bioleaching plant.
Also, eastern Germany has seen heavy floods, especially the Elbe river has flooded many towns and caused extensive damage. The industrial park at Stendal (Altmark) is sitting directly on the Elbe. Dessau is also on the Elbe, although the real estate there is not close to the river.
There is no information on the damage of property owned by MFC in Uganda and Germany, but it could be substantial.
