Just dipping my feet into the waters here. falling knives are my thing. ( have 8 fingers left ;) )

Curious about the 10K and thought you might help. As I understand it, over 50% of the shares are held by "the sponsors". Wondering who they are as it doesn'[t seem to be spelled out , tho I admit I may have missed it in the jumble of stuff in the filing. I hate companies with such confusing financials, but this seems a value too good to pass up at this point.
