Audun, I spoke to Pragg at Liviakis last night after closing. He too was concerned about the new bottom. Says he called several people on the company and the Board, no one hints at there being any unexpected bad news.

So, unless we're talking about a degree of coordination and duplicity that the BSFE folks probably couldn't pull off even if they wanted to, we must simply be continuing to face the situation of a few sellers out there still unloading shares bit by bit (they got in and have simply changed their minds or found another place they prefer to put their cash), and few buyers (only the few institiutions willing to pick around the rubble while we all wait for news).

The schedule for news appaears to be: We are now waiting for the Mooretown permit. The 30 day public comment period expired on 8/23. We have no reports of any significant public objections and expect no problem The estimate is by mid September. There is a 50-50 chance some other news may be forthcoming (possibly about another project) in the same time frame. Then we are looking for announcement of project financing in mid October.

So, if I win the loterry, I might take your advice and start accumlating here. Or I might just sit tight, try to relax and wait for concrete news.
