Imagica Entertainment, Inc (Symbol IMEA) is one of the country's leading
manufactures of customized signs, banners and point of purchase
displays. For a decade the company has served and impressive client
base that includes more than 200 Fortune 500 companies.

The company's principal business is the creation of large format point
of purchase signs and banner for the advertising, appliance, automotive,
food (including fast food), clothing, electronics, tobacco, oil and
retail industries. The compnay utilizes the latest in computer aided
sign and banner equipment with a variety of low cost, yet effective,
marketing, management and production techniques.

In November, 1996, the Company was awarded a contract to provide display
banners for all 29 NBA team. It was certainly not the largest order the
Company has ever recieved. Some of Imagica's orders exceed 5,000
pieces. The order did however reinforce the Company's constant attitude
of producing quality products that give maximum exposure to their
clients.

The stage is now set for rapid growth. Imagica's low inventory and
labor costs mean high profit margins and minimal product liability
exposure. The Company plans to multiply its gross revenues with
machines now order, production will grow from the current 600 banners
per day to 4,000 banners per day. Gross revenues from the Company look
sure to triple on an annual basis.

In addition, the Company is agressively pursuing acquisitions; looking
for companies in the same and complementary fields.
