I talked with Adrain at the P.R. firm this morning. OMG will go back to
court on the 26th of January for another extension.
They also have a meeting with the Stock Exchange next week. She said
sales were 1.7 mill. in December and stronger in January.
They are seeking refinanceing, and there are rumors of a buyout, but she
could'nt say much. She also said some brokerage houses
were buying back the stock for $1.00 per share. That sounds like they
know something, possibly a buyout. She did'nt know when the
quarterly statement would be out but I imagine it would be before the
meeting with the Stock Exchange. Her telephone # is 908-788-9660
