Ron, as far as NPA is concerned ,I guess we have to hold, it's only 30/60 days til something developes. Now about AAG, they issued another press release on their web site dated Oct. 29, 1996 encouraging shareholders to agree to the merger with VSY. The stocks went up yesterday a little then today it came down a little; the shares traded for both companies were about equal. Why do you think they are keeping the price this low? I tell you, the Insiders Report got all us investors in this mess, yeah it was our choice, but we also felt they knew what they were talking about; I scan them every now and then but do not invest on their hoopla anymore.
