Robert --- a lot of the things you mention are issues I have complained to ETrade about. Their Web site is not very intuitive to use. It is MIND BOGGLING that they do not list the net gain (loss) in the same page as the value of your securities. Their stock watch lists are impossible to use --- especially if you change the stocks you want to follow. Several times I see a '*' next to a stock quote indicating that there was a news story today --- but when I click on the link, I find no news story was released. Also, the several different account menus do not make sense. Rather than them spending a lot of time trying to fix menus, they should just let us have the choice of what we want to see and what we don't on a particular page. l, g
