When you consider that the first 54 Mhz is used for nothing because of natural or man man noise (lights, electrical, ham radio, CBer's) resides in that freq spectrum; CDMA would offer the chance to use that, in theory. I've been researching them in between fires and haven't come to a final conclusion, but it is promising. Half of that spectrum is a very wide pipe in Mb's.

When you get 100 or so folks all doing 384 K video at the same time; 10Mbps doesn't seem enough to me.
