Jim...WHOA!...no one has said the lawsuit is over. We hope that will happen. Let's make that clear first. I really don't want to speculate here on why the runup. There's different scenarios. But I will tell you this. Out of that 300k volume of Monday's run...250k was over $1 of virtually all buying. Let's just say, even though a company tries very hard to keep things hush hush, there is always someone who gets a whiff of news before the rest do. Not saying this is true to this, but this is what happens most of the time. Keep in mind, if they are finalizing things, which I'm sure they are, it could take another week or two before another announcement. Don't let the Market Makers see a discussion of doubtfulness, cuz right now, there's nothing to doubt. And they want to manipulate this as much as possible until that good news comes out!!!...Give it a little more time. I didn't even expect this announcement. Like I said, it was nothing new than what I've posted but I feel it was their way of telling us investors,...hang on..the end is near. IRene
