With the new Nasdaq trading rules reducing the amount of money brokerage firms get paid for order flow, again, if JB Oxford is filling your OTC buy orders at the bid, or matching up limit buys and sells that come in, then JB is losing money on every order they fill this way. I doubt their shareholders would appreciate this.
