If for whatever reason stock moves up to 45 in the near term, the broker who follows the company closely and who chairman of SYSF says "knows the company as well as I do" will issue a sell - it has hit his target for next 9-12 months. This is what happened last year when the stock hit 18 pre-split - his target - the stock immediately moved back to 12.
