John, we were trying to put a value on the timber. Here's a link to ponder: biz.yahoo.com This timber in Guyana is valued at $1120 US per acre post-harvest which would equate to about $500 / acre on the stump as Madera has estimated for their own timber. That's some $400mm in timber reserves on the 770,000 acres, not to mention the real estate value. This timberland in Guyana should be roughly equivalent in stocking density to the Amazonian timberland. Regards
