The last time I lived in Arlington there was a tame crow in the neighborhood. He'd scare you pretty good if you weren't expecting him to land right next to you. But I don't recall seeing a lot of other crows. N Va had lots of songbirds: Cardinals, Blue Jays, Robins. Whipoorwills. Out here we have Roadrunners, Hummingbirds, Scrub Jays, Wild Canaries, Mockingbirds, Redtailed Hawks. In winter we get a big variety of raptors. And we always have big gangs of suburbanized Crows.
