Riley: I have read all of your posts on the cartel and your descriptions of the same. As the founder and leader only you can define it. It should be noted that it may very well mean different things to each member. Some loyal to the publicly stated goals of improving shareholder value and others maybe speaking the line. What each and every individual member actually does is not known to the others.
