(Windows 98) or from the Microsoft site if you have Windows 95. Make sure you don't have any 'yellow resource conflicts' under MY CPU - CONTROL PANEL - SYSTEM - DEVICE MANAGER. Just suggestions ... hard to tell without being there and not knowing what version of windows, browser, etc. that you have. :-)) John
