You're talking about actual systems or their designs. The likelihood of finding any "out there" is small because there's no one who profits from putting them "out there." It takes a lot of money to design such a system. None of the deep pocket players has any incentive to produce it. They all line their pockets or ballot boxes from either the current system or a populist counter. That doesn't mean that one is not possible if there were enough money and incentive out there to produce it.
