Dennis,

I agree with Edible's input generally, but there are some discrepancies. The main issue would be including Palisades for the entire year of '98. At this time I will only believe it will open this year when it happens, which I obviously hope will be the case. As he mentioned, there are things which could positively influence the situations, such as new announcements, but I prefer his conservative approach. It is extremely unlikely new openings won't happen/be announced.

Also, when I was at Sawgrass the other day, I saw many t-shirts with animated type characters on them.....Cha-Cha and I think Tukee Makeeta, although there may have been others. Gradually they look to be getting ready for making the characters more available for all, especially kids. May help with marketing and retail going into the holiday season and the eventual next Disney opening.

Again, the way it held in the upper 34 /low 35 range on friday should make monday's performance interesting. I do wonder how the market will react in the short-term should the qtrly earnings be at .21 or a bit under however, given their past abilities to easily dwarf the analyst estimates? All being said and done, however, I still see no reason to do anything but hold right now.

THe Fins pulled one out today...always seem to match well with KC for some reason.....although this history with FSU for UM didn't seem to do them any good unfortunately. :(

Regards,

Marshall
