VK, there is tons of insider selling in many hi-tek stocks due to new stock laws and fear of rate hike. sunw insiders have to sell at specifi time. msft insiders still own major portion of the company (26%). if insiders own a lot of the company u will lot of insider selling dell insiders(own 26+%) selling like crazy at 88 and bingo now the stock is over 100. McNealy sold 30% of his stake @31-33 when i bot. insider selling these days has nothing to do w. future perform of company stock. it's not how much they sold but what % of their holding they are selling.
